Refund Policy

Services and products are nonrefundable. If you are unsatisfied with a lash set, I will offer a free lash removal. I do my best to achieve your desired results and if you find that your lash set is not exactly how you like it, I can transition styles with each lash fill! For example, if you feel that the length is too short and you want more drama, the next lash fill I will add longer lengths. Deposits are a non-refundable retainer fee.

Late/No Show Policy

There is a 50% cancellation fee for any no-show appointments or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late will be counted as a no-show appointment. Please reschedule 24 hours in advance to avoid this fee.

How to reschedule an appointment: Go to your confirmation or reminder text you received about your appointment. Click the provided link and select “reschedule”. The link will take you to the online booking page where you can choose a new date and time that works for you.
