additional notes:

A satin eye mask snags less than regular sleep masks. If you move around a lot while sleeping and can’t stay on your back, I recommend purchasing one online.

Avoid excessive heat and steam, as high heat can cause lash extension tips to singe or lose their curl.

Clean your lash extensions thoroughly, making sure to wash the base of the lashes. Only use a cleanser specifically formulated for lash extensions.

Eye makeup such as eyeshadow and eyeliner is safe to wear. When removing makeup, double cleanse: first with a makeup remover, then with a lash cleanser.

Mabini Lash & Wax offers an oil-free makeup remover that safely breaks down makeup without affecting retention.

Even if your lash extensions still look fresh after 2–3 weeks, a fill appointment is still required. Natural lashes grow at different rates, meaning some extensions will have grown out and need to be removed. Outgrown extensions can cause discomfort and stress to your natural lashes if not properly maintained.

Wax Aftercare

Please follow the guidelines provided for 24–48 hours post-wax.
Avoiding heat and friction during this time is very important to prevent irritation and ingrown hairs.

After 48 hours, begin gentle exfoliation and continue to hydrate daily using an unscented lotion.
Mabini Lash & Wax offers professional waxing aftercare products available for purchase at your appointment.

More than 50% of your waxing results depend on proper aftercare.

Begin exfoliating 2–3 times weekly, starting 48 hours post-wax

Use ingrown-prevention products consistently

Wear loose-fitting clothing to your appointment. Tight clothing can cause discomfort and irritation after waxing.

24–48 hours before your appointment, gently exfoliate the skin to remove dead skin buildup. This helps the wax grip the hair more effectively for better, cleaner results

Brow Aftercare

Please follow these guidelines for 24–48 hours post-treatment. These instructions apply to all brow services, including brow waxing, brow tinting, and brow lamination.

  • Avoid using cleansers or products containing oils after brow services. Oils are too heavy on the skin following waxing or brow lamination.
  • For brow tinting services, oils can cause the tint to fade more quickly by stripping color from the skin.
  • These aftercare guidelines also apply to all facial waxing services.
  • Do not receive harsh treatments such as chemical peels or exfoliating facial treatments 48 hours before or after any brow or facial waxing service.
